Our History
Keeping Helensville Moving for 20 years
Physio Flex has been part of the Helensville community since 2006. We have a passion for improving health and making a difference for the people in the greater Helensville area. This is our community and we love working and living in such a fantastic place.
Physio Flex owners, Sue and Scott Narbey, are life-time farming locals to Helensville and when the opportunity presented to purchase a bare section in Helensville in 2005 they jumped at the chance to develop a Physiotherapy clinic with Kath Long.
Sue and Kath were in partnership until 2014 when Sue and Scott took over the practice and property independently and the practice re-branded as Physio Flex.
Over time services have been added to the practice to address the increasing needs of the community such as Careway and Hand Therapy. This has allowed the practice to provide a comprehensive service that is holistic in its approach but still upholding values of excellence and professionalism.
